• Monthly subscription: $8.99/month
• Annual subscription: $49.99/year
• Lifetime access: $129.99 one-time payment
• Payments processed through Apple App Store
• Refunds subject to Apple's refund policy

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have rights to process audio files
• Not using the service for illegal purposes
• Respecting copyright and intellectual property laws

5. Limitation of Liability

BeatPoket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
